After attending the University of Oklahoma, his initial path toward chiropractic school took a turn when he discovered real estate. What started as a temporary opportunity quickly became a full-time obsession.

Tanner spent his early years in the industry apprenticing under a seasoned real estate entrepreneur, gaining hands-on experience in acquisitions, negotiation, and creative problem solving. He developed a sharp ability to identify undervalued land, navigate complex seller situations, and structure win-win outcomes — skills that now play a critical role in Unwind Land Co.’s rapid growth.

As Co-Founder and visionary, Tanner helps lead the company’s acquisitions and builder partnerships, ensuring every client receives a seamless, transparent experience. Northwest Florida native Isham Hipsher began his career in the United States Air Force, where he developed the discipline, leadership, and operational mindset that still define his work today. During his service, a mentor introduced him to Robert Kiyosaki’s Rich Dad, Poor Dad, sparking an early interest in real estate and setting the foundation for a long-term commitment to the industry.

Isham met his future business partner, Tanner Santucci, during a joint venture project where their shared values, aligned vision, and complementary skill sets created an immediate synergy. That collaboration evolved into Unwind Land Co., where Isham now leads marketing and operations.

As Co-Founder and Integrator, Isham architected the company’s acquisition engine and operational systems, helping drive Unwind’s expansion across multiple markets. His focus is simple: build a predictable, scalable growth model that delivers consistent value for landowners, builders and developers. He combines data-driven marketing, streamlined processes, and strategic decision-making to ensure Unwind remains a preferred partner for vacant land sales.

Dispositions Manager

Adrian is the engine behind Unwind Land Co.’s land fulfillment, ensuring every project is matched appropriately and moves efficiently from contract to close. With more than seven years of experience in real estate dispoditions, he brings a level of precision, consistency, and follow-through that keeps deals on track and clients confident.

Throughout his career, Adrian has taken on roles ranging from process development to recruiting and training, giving him a deep understanding of what it takes to build scalable, reliable systems. His commitment to integrity, clear communication, and high-quality service makes him an essential part of delivering a smooth experience for both landowners and builders.

Anna joins Unwind Land Co. as our Transaction Coordinator, bringing a calm, methodical approach to keeping deals organized and on track.

She’s been working in real estate since 2019 and has built a reputation for precision, structure, and follow-through. Anna thrives on knowing exactly where every file, document, and deadline lives, which makes her a key driver in ensuring transactions move smoothly from start to finish. With a proactive mindset and a sharp eye for detail, she’s the type of person who prevents problems before they ever surface.

Outside of work, Anna loves unwinding in the kitchen by baking something sweet, getting creative with Cricut crafts for family events, and escaping into a good fiction book whenever she can.
