Tulsa, Oklahoma native Tanner Santucci attended the University of Oklahoma where he majored in Health and Exercise Science. Growing up as a multi-sport athlete, ultimately going on to play college baseball. Tanner decided to hang up his cleats and pursue his goal of becoming a chiropractor. While waiting on his admission into chiropractor school, Tanner dove into the world of real estate and the rest is history.

Tanner quickly became obsessed with the creativity & solution solving that surrounds the world of real estate. He spent a summer working closely with a local real estate entrepreneur, who took him under his wing to learn the trades of the business. With a passion for helping others and a creative mind, he hit the ground running.

Outside of his dedication to growing Unwind Land Company, his real estate career, and diehard love for Sooner football – Tanner enjoys all things sports and outdoors!

Northwest Florida native Isham Hipsher grew up in Ft. Walton Beach where he eventually followed the footsteps of his parents joining the United States Air Force where he served as an F-16 Crew Chief. During Isham’s military service, his mentor gave him Robert Kiyosaki’s Rich Dad, Poor Dad and Isham immediately understood that Real Estate investing was for him.

Isham eventually jumped into investing where he met Tanner on a joint venture project and quickly realized that their ethics and synergy would work better as a team and later as a partnership. Currently Isham leads the acquisitions and marketing for Unwind and has a passion for next-level customer service.

On weekends, Isham cherishes spending time with his wife Monica and his two children MaKayla and Christian.

Executive Administrator

Drew stands at the organizational helm, where his unparalleled organizational skills, attention to detail, and service-oriented mindset significantly contribute to the smooth running of our vibrant team. His role is pivotal in assisting both the team and founders with administrative duties, ensuring everyone can focus on our mission to change the industry standard.

Beyond his professional capabilities, Drew’s personal life is rooted in his roles as a devoted husband and father, where he practices the same level of dedication and care. His passion for Formula One racing, especially his fervor for Carlos Sainz Jr., showcases his love for speed, precision, and excellence—qualities that he brings into his work environment daily. Drew’s blend of professional acumen and personal interests perfectly encapsulates the energetic and enthusiastic spirit of Unwind Land Co., making him an invaluable asset to our team and a significant contributor to our quest to shake up the land acquisition industry.

Reda hails from a small town in Minnesota and really brings the fun to the team. At a young age, Reda had a goal to get into real estate investing. Immediately after high school, he jumped right in and has since been an incredible asset to our team.

Reda’s out of the box thinking and his innate ability to solve problems is what our clients appreciate the most about him. If  Reda’s working with you, you probably have already recognized this and you should know that you’re in excellent hands.

Out side of working with our team and on his personal investing endeavors, Reda enjoys physical fitness and loves to travel.

Rocky Esquilin, originally from NYC, boasts a rich history in service management across banking, hospitality, and retail. A dedicated husband and father, Rocky’s leadership is grounded in integrity, honesty, and genuine care.

Rocky’s success with Unwind stems from empowering others, clear communication, and leveraging available resources. Recognizing the synergy between his expertise and real estate investing, Rocky ventured in head first, unlocking a life long goal. This shift allowed him to craft boundless opportunities for his loved ones and extend the same privilege to other families.

Zach is quite the character on our team,  he’s a former high school athlete who’s still big on golf and fitness and always up for a challenge blending his sports background with a knack for making connections.

With a decade in the realm of sales and management, Zach’s more than a numbers guy; he’s like a coach who’s invested in his team’s growth on and off the field. Plus, he’s our resident travel enthusiast, always bringing back fresh perspectives from his journeys.

Life’s adventures have taken him and his wife Aubry across four cities in three states, adding some colorful chapters to his story. When he’s not crunching numbers or crushing golf balls, you might catch him adding artistic touches to sneakers, showing off his love for fashion and creativity.

Marla is a devoted wife and mother of seven, hailing from Fort Walton Beach, FL. With over two decades of clerical expertise, Marla shines as a Transaction Coordinator at Unwind Land Company. Her infectious positivity and boundless energy make her a standout in the field.

Marla’s roots in the local area infuse her interactions with warmth and charm, fostering lasting connections with clients and colleagues. Her knack for fostering relationships, combined with her organizational prowess, ensures seamless real estate transactions. Beyond her thriving career, Marla mostly enjoys raising her youngest boys, Steven and Samuel and spending time with her family.
