Tulsa, Oklahoma native Tanner Santucci attended the University of Oklahoma where he majored in Health and Exercise Science. Growing up as a multi-sport athlete, ultimately going on to play college baseball. Tanner decided to hang up his cleats and pursue his goal of becoming a chiropractor. While waiting on his admission into chiropractor school, Tanner dove into the world of real estate and the rest is history.

Tanner quickly became obsessed with the creativity & solution solving that surrounds the world of real estate. He spent a summer working closely with a local real estate entrepreneur, who took him under his wing to learn the trades of the business. With a passion for helping others and a creative mind, he hit the ground running.

Outside of his dedication to growing Unwind Land Company, his real estate career, and diehard love for Sooner football – Tanner enjoys all things sports and outdoors!

Isham Hipsher, a Northwest Florida native, grew up in Fort Walton Beach before embarking on a distinguished career in the United States Air Force as an F-16 Crew Chief. It was during his military service that a mentor introduced him to Robert Kiyosaki’s Rich Dad, Poor Dad, sparking Isham’s deep interest in real estate investing. Recognizing the potential in this field, he committed himself to learning and building a strong foundation in the industry.

Isham’s path crossed with Tanner’s during a joint venture project, and the alignment of their values and vision led to the formation of a powerful partnership. Today, as COO of Unwind Land Co., Isham oversees operations, driving the company’s growth with a focus on operational excellence and delivering exceptional value to their partners and clients.

Outside of work, Isham enjoys quality time with his wife, Monica, and their two children, MaKayla and Christian, savoring weekends filled with family moments.

Executive Administrator

Drew stands at the organizational helm, where his unparalleled organizational skills, attention to detail, and service-oriented mindset significantly contribute to the smooth running of our vibrant team. His role is pivotal in assisting both the team and founders with administrative duties, ensuring everyone can focus on our mission to change the industry standard.

Beyond his professional capabilities, Drew’s personal life is rooted in his roles as a devoted husband and father, where he practices the same level of dedication and care. His passion for Formula One racing, especially his fervor for Carlos Sainz Jr., showcases his love for speed, precision, and excellence—qualities that he brings into his work environment daily. Drew’s blend of professional acumen and personal interests perfectly encapsulates the energetic and enthusiastic spirit of Unwind Land Co., making him an invaluable asset to our team and a significant contributor to our quest to shake up the land acquisition industry.

Acquisitions Manager

Zach is quite the character on our team,  he’s a former high school athlete who’s still big on golf and fitness and always up for a challenge blending his sports background with a knack for making connections.

With a decade in the realm of sales and management, Zach’s more than a numbers guy; he’s like a coach who’s invested in his team’s growth on and off the field. Plus, he’s our resident travel enthusiast, always bringing back fresh perspectives from his journeys.

Life’s adventures have taken him and his wife Aubry across four cities in three states, adding some colorful chapters to his story. When he’s not crunching numbers or crushing golf balls, you might catch him adding artistic touches to sneakers, showing off his love for fashion and creativity. 

Transaction Coordinator

Tori recently made the move from Memphis, Tennessee, to join us here at Unwind Land Co., and we couldn’t be more excited to have her on board.

With four years of real estate experience under her belt, she’s been in the thick of it as both an agent and Transaction Coordinator, handling close to 200 transactions. Her knack for juggling multiple projects and making sure nothing falls through the cracks makes her an absolute pro at keeping things running smoothly.

Outside of work, Tori loves spending time with her two sons and unwinding at the beach whenever she gets the chance.
