Tulsa, Oklahoma native Tanner Santucci attended the University of Oklahoma where he majored in Health and Exercise Science. Growing up as a multi-sport athlete, ultimately going on to play college baseball. Tanner decided to hang up his cleats and pursue his goal of becoming a chiropractor. While waiting on his admission into chiropractor school, Tanner dove into the world of real estate and the rest is history.

Tanner quickly became obsessed with the creativity & solution solving that surrounds the world of real estate. He spent a summer working closely with a local real estate entrepreneur, who took him under his wing to learn the trades of the business. With a passion for helping others and a creative mind, he hit the ground running.

Outside of his dedication to growing Unwind Land Company, his real estate career, and diehard love for Sooner football – Tanner enjoys all things sports and outdoors!

Co-Founder | Marketing Director

Isham Hipsher, a Northwest Florida native, grew up in Fort Walton Beach and attended the University of Maryland while embarking on a distinguished career in the United States Air Force. It was during his military service that a mentor introduced him to Robert Kiyosaki’s Rich Dad, Poor Dad, sparking Isham’s deep interest in real estate investing. Recognizing the potential in this field, he committed himself to learning and building a strong foundation in the industry.

Isham’s path crossed with Tanner’s during a joint venture project, and the alignment of their values and vision led to the formation of a powerful partnership. Today, as Marketing Director of Unwind Land Co., Isham oversees marketing & operations, driving the company’s hybrid growth with a focus on operational excellence and delivering exceptional value to Unwind’s partners and clients.

Outside of work, Isham enjoys quality time with his wife, Monica, and their two children, MaKayla and Christian, savoring weekends filled with family moments.

Dispositions Manager

Adrian is the go-to guy for making sure our land fulfillment run so smoothly. With over 7 years of experience in real estate dispositions and transaction coordination, he’s a pro at keeping deals on track and getting results. Over the years, Adrian has worn many hats to include: developing processes, recruiting, and even training new team members. No matter the role, his focus on integrity, reliability, and top-notch customer service shines through, making him a key part of our team and mission.

Outside of work, Adrian is all about family time, hitting the trails for a hike, or relaxing at the beach. He’s also big on staying active, whether it’s through workouts or just chasing new adventures.

A lifelong Batman fan, Adrian loves the Dark Knight’s unwavering sense of purpose and resilience – All qualities he brings to everything he does at Unwind. Reliable, dedicated, and always ready to step up, Adrian is the kind of person you can count on, both in business and in life.

Acquisition Specialist

With a strong background in residential real estate and a sharp eye for property value, Michael Beirne brings a results-driven approach to land acquisition. His experience in both traditional home sales and off-market opportunities in the Charlotte Metro, Michael is well equipped with the skills to identify high-potential parcels and provide top tier solutions to landowners.

Known for his integrity, responsiveness, and market insight, Michael is committed to helping landowners unlock the value of their properties while supporting the company’s mission to create strategic investment opportunities.

Client Services Director

Molly is the driving force behind Unwind’s acquisition engine. With over 10 years of experience in real estate and in-house marketing, she knows how to craft connections and build lasting value. A proud graduate of the University of Central Florida, Molly’s expertise spans digital strategy, branding, and lead generation – all focused on fueling growth and visibility through honesty and transparency.

Before Unwind, Molly led high-performing teams and campaigns across the Southeast, helping real estate and lifestyle brands stand out in crowded markets. Her sharp eye for the details and strategic mindset make her a key player in our mission to elevate the land buying experience.

Outside the office, Molly enjoys time with her family, weekend beach trips, and the great outdoos. She brings a calm intensity to everything she does here and always pushing the brand forward.

Transaction Coordinator

Tori recently made the move from Memphis, Tennessee, to join us here at Unwind Land Co., and we couldn’t be more excited to have her on board.

With four years of real estate experience under her belt, she’s been in the thick of it as both an agent and Transaction Coordinator, handling close to 200 transactions. Her knack for juggling multiple projects and making sure nothing falls through the cracks makes her an absolute pro at keeping things running smoothly.

Outside of work, Tori loves spending time with her two sons and unwinding at the beach whenever she gets the chance.
